What if Fleischer Studios became as successful as Walt Disney?

In the early days of animation, Fleischer Studios was one of the most successful pioneers of the mediums, producing the likes of Betty Boop and Popeye. However by the 1940s studio was in debt due to their second feature film flopped at the box office, which made Paramount force the Fleischer brothers to resign from their own company. Had Fleischer studios remained successful and continued to the present day, how would animation of today change?
