To The Lesser Tribes
Post Body

In the west lay a group of uncultured tribes similar to the Najisai (The Unclean/The Second, the lower castes in Mburai society) along the River Baloktha (Niger River), unaware to the superiority of the Mburai and the Cult of Balok. That would have to be rectified immediately, the Cult of Balok would be sent to the tribes of the River and they would be enlightened. The Cult has sent over 100 proud Companions of Temple as well as one of the two hands of Balok to these primitives in hope that they can be convinced of the Natural Law that governs the world. As is tradition, the Companions will be carrying their symbol of authority, the Baklwa, a short stabbing spear that is commonly used during war in Mburai culture. Accompanying the Companions and one of the Hands of Balok; Mpande, were warriors of the Cult, heavily equipped and ready to defend their religious leaders. The warriors numbered at around 50, but they were all well-trained from birth due to them being Mburai. The warriors would be there to ensure the (already armed) Companions would be able to preach without any violation from native primitives.

The missionary detachment would be chanting their entire way to the tribal peoples, but once reaching the villages the warriors will go silent and only the words of the Companions will be heard. The Companions will preach about the superiority of the Mburai and how they are the guides of Yankari (West Africa) and thus every other group must submit to them. They spoke of the key tenets of the Cult:

  1. Do not steal from your own.
  2. Do not kill your own.
  3. Do not attack without reason.
  4. Fight with honour.
  5. Protect your tribe.
  6. Those who break these rules must pay the Blood Price.

It was hinted that these rules would only apply to the Mburai, those who were of lesser castes or were foreigners were subject to another rule set laid out in the law of Ngabanti. The Companions and the Warriors preach across the villages until they would meet someone of importance to demand their subjugation and their tribute.
