The arts flourish

Our people now live in multi-storey buildings ; this innovation has been possible thanks to the techniques of scaffolding that became common during the Sarmatian War.

Our people have discovered chains. These have many uses, such as chaining things. Things can include people, livestock, buildings, and even waterways.

Advancement in horse riding

Our experiences in the Sarmatian war have taught us a fair bit about horse riding ; we have started to use saddles to mount our horses.

Snuggly Seals

In order to authenticate official documents, ingenious researchers have started using beeswax to make seals ; in particular, the Despot has now introduced the chrysobull or golden seal that will be affixed to important documents.
