• Brain Surgery: For centuries we have had some form of head surgery, yet this is a new form. Pieces of skulls being taken out to relieve pain and/or save lives, helping chronic migraines, etc. ((Based on this))

• Bureaucratic Quality Control Cycle: Basically a system devised by Ruteq to ensure efficiency and efficacy in the Administration. It has to do with initially forcing efficiency on the bureaucrats, but over time they become reliant on their own jobs, and while efficiency increases, there is an inverse affect on how much of Our Impirren's influence is needed. Basically an organized system to keep my planned economy running as amazingly as possible.

• Californian Herbal Medicine: The plants of our country are full of medicinal benefits, form the yampah roots to the acorn mush, beans and rice. All these thing are very, very useful when we cure plagues. Things like sugar and boiled water for cholera, etc., let our population continue to grow, which means more laborers for us.

• Public Education: When the government controls every aspect of its citizens lives, things become easier. Unfortunately, it also becomes easier for the masses to grow complacent, something that can't possibly be allowed while the administration grows more and more efficient. So in order to allow the masses to do more, Ruteq has begun the introduction of public schooling. In the largest cities school buildings have sprung up, manned by administration-picked teachers. They will be a place for the city-folk to learn to read and tie in tipus, stay loyal to Our Impirren, learn to love and cooperate with their fellow Rynatoonii, and, eventually take the tests for entrance into the bureaucracy or military. In places that have yet to be assimilated, the schools will also serve as places to spread the Rynatoonii culture from.

• Standardized Weights, Measures, and Units: Our economy has used the Rynatoonii system for a long time, time to officially make it our own and more efficient.

WAR TECHS (I saw my enemy do it, I didn't know it was a thing, but I assume I can do it too?)

• Military Anesthetics: In order to treat combat wounds and get the soldiers back on the field, or to stop diseases in armies before they grow, there needs to be a way to relieving pain in the subject. Well... there is... We just haven't realized its uses yet. Emphasis on "yet".

• Entrenchment Tools: Shovels, picks, mattocks, all made specifically for the warrior to dig in and become one with the earth and take out his enemies as they charge mindlessly at him.

• Explosive/Flaming/Something to do with Fire Takem Bolts: For literally thousands of years, long before Rynatoo was even founded, we have used the petroleum of our lands to make gel-like balls. The uses are widespread and incredible. Medical uses, agricultural uses, trade, mining, and, now, warfare. Our enemies fortifications are vastly made of wood, so... if we use petroleum to light our takem bolts on fire... chaos (good chaos) ensues.
