In an effort to regrow our population to what it once was, the Administration has begun to lessen to per family member Rekta labor tax the greater the number of family members in a certain household. In addition, there are now free Administration exams for children at age fourteen in order to determine whether or not they may be worth bringing into the Bureaucracy. Also, a great campaign for larger families has commenced. Runners had been dispatched to all settlements in order to proclaim the Rekta tax breaks and after them drumsong artists were sponsored by the Administration in order to have them make drumsongs about having children and how great big families are and about seeing children as a sign of wealth.

The Administration hopes to increase population growth significantly from now on, and hopefully fill out those cities and towns they once ran.
