Hitler's personal physician, Theodor Morell, first noted the Führer's shaking in 1941 but blamed it on stress. It wasn't until April of 1945, just before Hitler killed himself, that Morell acknowledged his 'shaking palsy,' or Parkinson's.

From what I've read on this, Hitler had bad gas. Like he could fart up a storm on a good day. So he took pills for that. Essentially one of the pills ingredients was rat poison. Morell wasn't licensed to push a wheelbarrow but Hitler kept him by his side. Only his paranoia in the final days made him get rid of Morell. He was convinced the good doctor was going to assassinate him with the injections he was administering on a daily basis.
