No Apple TV app

I have a Hisense Roku tv. Running version 14. According to Apples website I should be able to download the Apple TV app, but I cannot find it. I tried the work around - clicking on an Apple TV exclusive movie and it says currently unavailable. Can anyone help? Thanks.
