Hisense U8K Is Unable To Output 120hz Correctly When Used As A Monitor?
Post Body

Is Anyone Using a 55" U8K as a monitor with a Nvidia GPU? It is a real let down for me, I feel like this TV isn't outputting 120hz properly and 120hz felt much better on my 55" Samsung QN90B. It doesn't feel responsive at all when 120hz is on. This is a problem because if you are using a Dynamic Super Resolution then you are limited to 120hz. Is this how it is for all of you? Perhaps I am having a TV and/or GPU issue unless this is how it is for everyone. In Battlefield 2042 I play on 3840x2160 so this isn't an issue in that game but in Armored Warfare and Planetside 2 I like playing above 4k so I am limited to this supposed 120hz refresh rate. I was just comparing it in Planetside 2, 144hz 3840x2160 feels great but there is a major noticeable decline in responsiveness on 120hz 4487x2366, this isn't normal. Am I the only one noticing this? In Star Trek Online I play on 7094 x 3741 but that game has a separate refresh rate changer so I think I was able to trick it into outputting 144hz while I was on a DSR resolution.

It would be great if I can use the DSR resolutions at 144hz so I can avoid this horrible implementation of 120hz but that doesn't seem possible.
