Aldactone side effects

I’ve just passed my potassium blood test and am about to start 50mg of aldactone a day for hirsutism. I’ve had facial hair since I was a teen and I’ve had enough. I’ve been told within about 6 months and as we adjust the dose to the correct level I’ll see at least a 50% reduction in hair, but what should I be watching for as far as side effects go? I was warned about excessive urinating in the beginning, but that’s all the dr mentioned.
