A little background on myself:

I started working for outsourcing companies back in 2011, I have worked for AT&T, Metlife, YRC Freight and Toshiba.

I handled mostly customer service and sales. I am driven and dedicated with over 10 years of experience. I have my own team now and we usually work freelance for different companies that gives us task from sales, email marketing and inbound customer service.
