Post Body

I have hip pain around the SI joint area when I try to lift my leg while sitting on a chair. Its only painful when my leg are fully extended. The cause is probably my deadlift injury. I tear something while deadlifting. Anyway I had physiotherapy but it only made it worst.

I suppose to have MRI but I don't thing it will show anything because its very difficult to see clear image on the SI joint area.

All I know is that I positive for sitting leg raise test. I thought it may be root nerve irritation but the pain is very local and sharp only at the SI joint area and very sharp.

My lower back is very stiff in the morning and I have limited range of motion. My back isn't have any similar pain to what I feel at my hip. I have slighlt lower back tightness.

I dont have numbness, tinglings or any radiant pain that might be indication of root nerve irritation.

Do you have any idea of what it can be? Maybe ligment tear? I know that I tore something.
