Wondering about how long L-Citrulline stays in the body and how to time my scoops to most efficiently capitalize on the 'half-life'.
I currently use Vigor and take it 20 minutes before my gym workouts, around 1300. When I get home later, around 1700, I usually go straight into my pumping routine. Does L-Citrulline and all the other ingredients to Vigor stay in the system long enough for that to be an okay amount of time? Is it similar to creatine, where once I am saturated it's pretty much just on call even if I miss a day or two? If that is the case, would love to just take it in the morning with my Cialis and call it a day.
