Starting my glp-1 today. 6’5”, 310 lbs. used to be an avid runner and hovered around 220 until an accident knocked me off my game. Tried getting back into shape but couldn’t defeat the mental frustration that I wasn’t able to run as fast or as far as I used to, so I would start and stop and put on more weight. Then I would try again and get injured and put on more weight. I’ve been bouncing around between 290 and 310 for about three years now. I really hope this works. I miss having more energy and stamina. I miss feeling more confident. I miss having clothes that fit me better. I miss not sweating as much in the summers (lol).
