Me and my friend from Delhi are planning for a Himachal trip in upcoming months and stargazing was forever in our bucket list. By Googling only place I found mentioned was Spiti valley. But it's altitude is so high and it would take continuous 24 hour or two 12 hour shifts of journey. It's almost like visiting Ladakh. We can't take more than 5 days from our schedule and we will be left with only 3 days after travel to stay there. So I searched some more good places to travel and I found The Great Himalayan National park, Kullu and Khirganga National Park, Kullu. I am more inclined towards GHNP, Kullu because it's just single straight 12 hour journey from Delhi in Volvo bus. The thing is I really want to stargaze and I want to ask if these two mentioned places of Kullu comparable to Spiti in stargazing? Aside from stargazing I want to visit a place really really peaceful and deep in nature and amazing views too. In some places we can see extremely distant views of Himalayas with snow covered mountains and they look MARVELLOUS. But I don't know any of these places on my tips and neither internet is helping regarding this specific query. This one is not a priority like the first two and it stays at third place. The medium of transport will be Volvo/buses. Taxi for short distance. Any help will be appreciated.🙏
