I have 600K points how do I max it?

So my wife and I want to take a vacation just the two of us to an all inclusive hotel. I was thinking Cancun or Dominican Republic . My dates are flexible but I was thinking January maybe February if the points are lower. Rn they are about 100k at the Cancun resorts but 150k at the DR resorts. I'm ok spending all 600k if it's worth it but what's the best way to get the most bang for my buck. I'll do 4 nights on points and get the fifth night free then I'll use my free night as my sixth night? Any tips?
