Conrad: Tipping for Room Service

I'm going to be staying at the Conrad in Tokyo pretty soon.
I'm used to tipping for room service. This being Japan I know that tipping can be seen as a no no.
But since it's a western company.. what are the rules? should I tip for room service?
What about breakfast service?
