So, a friend of mine is working on a profile for Rias Gremory to take place in a battle tournament of sorts. Here is what he's got so far. How do you think he did? What could we add to accurately show Rias' prowess and skills? Warning: Issei Hate.

ALIAS: "Crimson Haired Ruin Princess"

BIO: Born to the prestigious demonic Gremory family, Rias is a pureblood demon. She is a prodigy in the magical demonic arts, possesses a sound political and combat mind, and is the heir apparent to the Gremory clan. As a high-ranking demon, Rias travelled the world recruiting individuals to her Peerage. These individuals are arranged in a Chess-like system of value, are turned into demons themselves, and serve as Rias’ friends, bodyguards, confidants, and loyal soldiers. The eldest daughter and second child of the Gremory family, Rias became first in line when her older brother accepted a prominent leadership position in the world of demons. Upon learning of her engagement to another high-ranking demon as a result, Rias negotiated a temporary reprieve and was allowed to live in the human world and delay the marriage until she graduated from human university. While in human high school in Japan, Rias recruits a young man who would one day become her (incredibly sleazy) love interest: Issei Hyoudou. Issei has immense potential power by dint of fortunate birth, being the latest host of an incredibly powerful dragon. Issei’s recruitment and subsequent actions sparks a long succession of further events. These events include the annulment of Rias’ arranged marriage, the recruitment of more individuals to Rias’ Peerage, many battles and political events, and the gradual erosion of Rias’ importance and agency within the story as slimeball Issei is the central character. Regardless, Rias is still an individual of immense personal combat power and impressive charisma and intelligence, and still a foe to be feared.

Pre-Battle: Peerage, DxD

Rias primarily has the information gathering abilities of her motley group of companions. These individuals include:

Akeno Himejima: Daughter of a fallen angel and a Shinto shrine maiden. Rias saved her from being killed by the Shinto relatives, and Akeno has served Rias faithfully and been her closest friend ever since. Akeno can create holy lightning, is a master of using demonic magic to summon classical elements such as fire, water, ice, and lightning, can use magical abilities such as self buffing, can fly, is a master of stealth, and can purify evil spirits.

Asia Argento: Orphan raised by the Catholic Church, recruited as a result of Issei’s stubborn sense of honour. Protective of Issei, able to use summoning magic and tame dragons, and possesses incredible healing abilities.

Gasper Vladi: A Dhamphir (half vampire, half human) that Rias saved from vampire hunters. Can control and turn into bats, manipulate shadow and darkness, excels with human magic, and can time stop people he is looking at. He can combine his darkness manipulation and time stop and grow more time stop eyes in a super mode. Crossdresser.

Yuuto Kiba: Sole survivor of a renegade Catholic Church project to train individuals capable of using holy swords, saved by Rias as he was on the brink of death. Has served Rias faithfully ever since. An excellent swordsman that can generate demonic swords and infuse them with properties such as fire, ice, and lightning. Can also summon holy swords, and possesses a collection of demon swords taken from a descendant of the German figure Siegfried. The latter include swords that can generate whirlwinds, rip through space-time, create massive craters, create huge pillars of ice, and fire beams of energy.

Xenovia Quarta: Former exorcist raised by the Catholic Church, decided to join Rias when she learned her God was dead or missing. Possesses the holy sword Durendal that has been fused to fragments of Excalibur. This sword can destroy most anything it comes into contact with, transform into any shape, make illusions, make itself and its wielder invisible, weaken or kill unholy beings, and control other beings

Koneko Toujou: A Nekomata who was left under Rias’ care. Koneko’s sister killed their master and so both became targets of a manhunt. Upon Koneko’s capture Rias’ brother pleaded for mercy and gave her to Rias. Koneko has served Rias faithfully ever since. She possesses immense physical strength and toughness, has enhanced senses and can smell fallen angels, is an expert hand-to-hand combatant, can fly, and can tap into her inborn power as a Nekomata to increase her stats and summon white purifying fire.

Rossweisse: Valkyrie and former bodyguard of Odin, who ditched her after winning a battle against Loki and Fenrir. Rias afterwards persuades Rossweise to join her Peerage.Highly adept in Norse magic and fighting at range, using ice, fire, water, lightning, wind, thunder, light, summoning, and explosive based magic. Can also crate magical shields and fly.

Issei Hyoudou: Human born as the host of a powerful red dragon. Sleazy as hell. Seriously, I’m breaking my usual impersonal tone for this. Recruited when Rias saves him from getting killed by a fallen angel. Possesses the ability to double his stats every 10 seconds without limit, and transfer boosts to allies. Also other abilities, mostly ones that improve his strength, speed, and destructive power. Probably about the level of pre-timeskip Naruto.

Rias is also a member of a special multispecies cooperative task force formed to combat a group of nihilist anarchists. Although she is not their leader and does not wield their unswerving loyalty, Rias is likely on good enough terms to get them to go through with requests for help. Member of this group include powerful angels, fallen angels, demons, exorcists, a descendant of Cao Cao wielding the actual Lance of Longinus, and Sun Wukong himself.

Long Range: Power of Destruction

Rias has access to a powerful hereditary ability that allows her to release energies that disintegrate living and non-living matter. She can control the shape and power of the energies released, but has to balance trade-offs between range and power. She can fire softball-sized blasts at long range, fire larger blasts at mid range, or unleash a large sphere of annihilation at close range without fear of harming herself.

Rias also has access to a collection of miscellaneous demonic powers courtesy of her heritage. These include the ability to fly, heal, alter memories, teleport with prepared magic circles, and perform rituals that drain magical or demonic energy.

Special 2: Extinguished Star

Range: Unknown | Type: Prepared | Effect: Projectile | Usage: Last resort

Rias’ one-hit kill technique, where she compresses a large amount of the “Power of Destruction” into an enormous sphere. The ball travels relatively slowly, but pulls enemies towards it and utterly disintegrates them. In the long-standing attack power rating scale used by the demons, this attack is literally off the charts.

Defences: Magical Shields, Flight

Rias is capable of eluding attacks with flight and agility, but mainly relies on magical wards, shields, and other defences to protect her.

Strengths and Weaknesses:

Rias is an excellent tactician and strategist, is smart and patient enough to negotiate the treacherous world of demon politics, and possesses a terrifying hereditary power unique to her in addition to her already versatile natural demonic ones. She is a remarkable leader, capable of thinking quickly on her feet and almost instantly knowing how to utilize her powers and that of her followers to best achieve victory. She remains calm and collected in battle, and is capable of executing decisive plan or attack without hesitation.

However, she is also mostly used to fighting as part of her peerage. In particular, in more recent parts of the story Rias relies mostly on Issei to do her fighting for her. If the dragon inside Issei is correct in his claims, Rias might also not have any innate defences against subtle suggestion and mind control. This is one heavily implied possibility as to why she is attracted to him. She also has a nearly crippling attachment to Issei himself, but this will not be a factor in any tournament battle.
