So recently started a rewatch of Rebels (saw it all exactly 1 year ago!) and while watching S2E9 the Empire uses a new gravity well weapon/Star destroyer and I just think it’s neat that these 2 different mediums in 2 different eras of canon connect on such an interesting topic that is super fun to see. Sabine also mentions this was in development when she was in the Academy so now I’m curious to see what happens with this plotline in the High Republic and how this tech probably gets lost and/or outlawed in the days of the High Republic. Curious as to others thoughts about what happens next with that tech!
