I've had a Twitter for about 2 years (probably longer). I literally just posted my first pic last week. Everytime I decide to get active I get overwhelmed or busy and just dont bother. I'm at place in my SW career where I feel like Twitter exposure is a top priority and I really need to get on this.
I reached out to 2 assistants in the past. One was very pricey and I didn't feel like the other one was a fit with my brand. At this point I think I'm just going to have to make the investment until I can learn the platform and find time to be consistent. I think maybe even a social media mentor situation might be good as it will allow me to learn and build. Plus it may be more cost effective than having someone else do all the work (just brainstorming here). I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for someone who can upstart/manage a high-end Twitter account or might be interested in the mentor idea.
Another question I have.....as I mentioned, I've literally posted 1 tweet so far. I was going to "prime" my account with more photos and tweets before following others and trying to gain followers. Is this the best way to go about this? How do you get the ball rolling?
