Currently charging on the lower price point of “high end” range in my VHCOL city. Now booked a luxe spot for my shoot and bought new, bright lingerie costing all together six hours of my rate. (Still need shoes!)

I’ve been moderately slow lately but some tours work 6-10hrs in one day. I want to increase my hour, 1.5, and 2hr all by $100 and keep longer rates the same.

Does it sound like I’m ready to justify the increase or seem like the right season to do so?

Aside from existing appointments, how long do you grandfather in your repeat clients? Have you ever grandfathered in a particular city or client indefinitely for special reasoning?
