Did creating a website help your business and bring in more clients?

I currently advertise on Twitter, Tryst, and PD. Don’t have a website at the moment and have been procrastinating on creating one. Did you feel like you saw an increase in clients when you set up your website? I know many say it makes you look more official, but I’ve seen ladies who seem to do fine without one.
