Client asking to sign contract and undergo testing? Sound legit?

Recently revamped my site with professional photos. I received an email from a potential client (that inquired about an overnight) that passed screening but is asking me to sign a contract and have a full (extensive) std panel workup done. Does this happen to anyone else? Or is this fishy?
Edit- I asked him about the STD panel and he said he know’s I’m clean for the “usual” stuff but he said he wants to make sure I don’t have herpes.
