I'm finally making the decision to stop doing BBBJ's (no judgement, please). I'm in Texas, and my rate is $600/hr, one of the higher rates in my area. I'm a little worried that clients will be upset, especially ones that I've seen previously before I raised my rates by $100 and I did BBBJ for them. However, I'm not that concerned with losing clients, because I'm not dependent on FSSW for income.

If you do CBJ, what is your rate, and how do clients react? Do you lower your rate?

EDIT: Also, do you have clients use dental dams?
