How important is having a personal brand - did you find refining it lead to an income increase?

Post Body

Right now I’m kind of just winging it. I act like myself but nicer during bookings - though I feel like I’m doing myself a disservice on longer dates because I can get very analytical/intellectual/potentially boring or just draining…. I wouldn’t know but I feel like I might be a lot

I feel like I’d get more repeat bookings and regulars if I wasn’t so intellectual. Men don’t seem to like it - they say they do but they probably prefer a light hearted romp where they can forget the real world.

I think I’m too much reality for someone looking for a fantasy.

Anyway, this got me thinking about personal branding - and acting. How the hell do I stop myself being so serious and instead become a bit more fun and ditzy - I think I’d find it less draining myself if I could do this.

What’s your personal brand circling around? Do you turn your intellect up or down? Do you have any tips for being a bit more light hearted and flirty? I’m actually terrible at flirting and rely on my clients to make moves in longer bookings (shorter bookings are easy bc i know they just want sex and not much talk so less chance I start talking about politics and inflation)
