(U.S.) A regular mentioned something sexual in an email. Should I fire him as a client?

Post Body

I refuse to see clients who mention anything sexual/explicit in their emails when requesting to see me, because it’s incriminating in the U.S. I make this rule clear on my website.

Unfortunately, a client made the stupid mistake of requesting to get “kinky” for his next booking in a recent email. I know he’s not LE, because I’ve seen him a few times before. The last time I saw him was 1-2 months ago. I want to see him, because he’s a good client. But, I don’t want to incriminate myself after this email. What should I do?
