I've been dealing with a bunch of last-minute bookings lately, and I'm thinking about adding a same day booking fee. Here's the deal—I'm based in Europe, charging 300 for an hour. I've seen some girls in the US simply double their rate, but I'm not sure if that would work here. My idea is to add an extra fee of around 100-150 for these bookings. Calling all awesome people in Europe! I'd love to hear from you. When did you start implementing this fee, and how did your clients react?
