I am interested in networking in my “personal life” but still as a high value woman. My main reason actually isn’t to secure a SD or rich husband or sponsor… I’m more interested in networking for lifestyle perks. I want a friend with a house in the hamptons, a friend with a pool in my city, a friend who travels on whims. Rich friends. Well-connected friends.

However I struggle severely with finding such people, and even if/when I do, I struggle with how to introduce myself. I also struggle with follow-through. Meeting someone in an elevator is one thing, turning that connection into a dinner, then that dinner into a relationship…. That’s hard. So my friends are all esc*rts. Any pointers or advice…

And my intention to network isn’t manipulative or one-sided. I think I bring enough to the table.. being a good friend, being able to generally afford (maybe not responsibly so) where the 0.01% hang out (aka afford my own), and being well-traveled and having my own opportunities to invite others. Of course there is still a degree of class reaching, but I don’t want my post to come off the wrong way 💞
