How often do you get requests when physically in a city on tour

I don’t typically allow same day requests, as I like to stick with my schedule. But how often do you have people requesting to see you when you are physically in a city on tour? I usually only rely on pre - bookings but thinking of adding a date to my tour since I’m almost completely prebooked
