Anyone here using Methotrexate with a biologic.
Post Body

So, I ended up with a huge major flare, and I'm on Prednisone again. Yay. My doc said that even though the Stelara is working much better, it doesn't appear to be working as well any more. This last flare was like the powers of HS came down and stabbed my private parts with lightening.

So I'm looking at some pretty grim choices, but one of them is adding Methotrexate to Stelara. So I was just wondering if anybody is using Methotrexate with a biologic like Stelara, or Humira, or something.

The other option I have is to try Remicade again, which worked great, but I ended up with an infusion reaction from it. So it's not a great choice.
