I quit smoking

Long time sufferer here. Tried tons of things to ease the pain and make quality of life better. No other triggers for me that I noticed but nicotine is the worse and I found directly correlated to bumps. I will SWEAR by tumeric add it to your diet or take supplements…bro you WILL thank me later.
Ps. Someone suggest Vicks in a fb group. Got it on hand for next time. Good luck all!
