Huge Lump On Back Of My Neck Is Back

Fourth time going thru this the scar is from getting it drained before in the ER really don’t wanna keep getting scars on my neck Idk what to do this is so painful I can’t even turn my neck or look up
Am I the only one getting this in this area on the back of my neck?
