Hi everyone,
I’ll start off by saying I know everyone has different triggers I just wanted to test a theory here! Does anyone have a trigger from Whey but is okay generally with milk? I have a latte most mornings and it’s usually with whole milk and I do fine but I’ve been working out recently and tried to do a protein shake and about 3 days later I had a flare so I was just curious if this happens to anyone else! So I wasn’t really able to tell if it’s come from all the sweat and working out in general or if it could possibly be from Whey, but I know people who typically have trouble with whey also have it with dairy but I never do so I just wanted to see if anyone else was like me or if I need to keep digging!
I was told by my Derm to stay away from Whey... not a particular trigger for me but definitely is for other people!
