Men- Issue with balls

I posted about 2 months ago. I had an infection on my scrotal sac. Unfortunately it’s still there and has gotten worse. I went to my GP who gave me Doxycycline but nothing has changed. My ball sac is now the size of a grapefruit and it’s painful. Who has experienced this and has anything helped? Thank you!!
