So early this year i was told i have a hiatal hernia (supposedly small when found. I dont believe its been checked since. Im almost certain it mustve gotten larger since after all this time its now causing symptoms) Ive had it since 2021 apparently. Im 22 and im not as active as i used to be. I sit down at a desk slumped 90% of my day. But more recently i have noticed slight chest pains and a feeling of food stuck in the bottom of my throat. And eating large meals cause me to be sick. Ive went to smaller meals. But i have low pancreatic enzymes so i take Zenpep. And i take it with every meal. I try to keep 2-3 meals a day. But ive noticed my thc pens will completely hide the feeling in my throat and even some abdominal pains i usually have. And it helps me to eat more without being sick. I have the main idea for my HH to get magnesium oil to apply and drink plenty of water and walk more and do exercises and stretches to try and keep my stomach below my diaphragm. Im hoping doing so could help the area heal and have less problems there. Im just curious to hear other peoples stories and how they manage their HH and the symptoms
