Hitman Legacy Issues

I am experiencing some issues with the old levels where targets are not going to certain locations for me to collect certain challenges, In the japan level Yuki Yamakazi never strolls outside to the bridge for me to get expert marksman, and when I want her to extract on the gondola she only locksdown in her suite. Anyone else experiencing this or is it just me? Or is there some special way to get her to go to these places that I am not simply doing?
