Noisemakers bugging the fuck out

Every time i just PULL OUT a noisemaker, not throw it or place it, someone goes "HUH?" and gets a questionmark over their head and goes over to investigate. Even if they didn't have line of sight, please remove this fucking bug IOI, it makes the item useless.
