HP envy all in one 7 beeps when I power it on.

I have been fighting with support for a few days now so the internet is my last hope on this, earlier I had someone suggest a potential fix of holding windows B then holding thr power button then holding windows V and then power button. After I did that the computer made a really loud beep sound 7 times and stopped again, still no display on the machine.
What does 7 beeps mean?
