Hp all in one envy stopped working.
Post Body

Hey everyone, so I use a brand new HP envy all in one 32 a0014 for everyday use, but the other day when I went to turn it on nothing happened. The power button light up but that was it no image on the screen, I tried all the tips from support but they didn't do anything. And I've been trying to talk with their support team for the past 3 days, I suspect it is the power adapter as the ports on the back get power but the wireless charger on the base does not and the monitor is unresponsive to any buttons.

Has anyone else had this problem or have any suggestions, I can't access anything on the computer and I cant get the system to go into bios or respond to any keyboard commands.

I'm taking it to best buy where I bought it and seeing if they can at least get the data off before I send it back for warranty. Thanks for your help!

Okay so I did everything you said but now when I try to turn it on it just makes a really loud beeping sound. Still no display or anything else.

Alright awesome I'll try that out and see if that works, I tried the windows B but not with the power button. And yea im not sure hopeful on support, I got to talk with them when tbis all started and the guy told me to turn it off and on again to which I said I cant. So he said I will have to just ship it to them so they can try to repair it, and then proceeded to tell me the pricing options for it.

Still not yet and so far I have tried unplugging it for an hour and plugging it back in, holding the power button and trying to turn it back on. Spamming F2 then F10 to open bios or the screen settings menu, I tried using a manual plug in keyboard to force it to recognize keybinds. I tried plugging in a second monitor to try and get it to react, I tried plugging in a different ac adapter and that made it make noises so that was a step. And my final piece was trying to plug in a boot drive and force it to start windows off that, still no response.

All of the drive slots on the back are powered and respond, but the monitor shows nothing and I cant access any menus on the actual computer.

Edit: and im in The United States.
