Is there any type of Pre-Treatment for Herpes?

HIV has PrEP, HPV has a vaccine, and Hepatitis A/B have vaccines. I'm looking to see if there is anything an HSV negative person can do to drastically decrease their odds of getting it (besides the typical condom/oral dam/abstinence/relying on your partner knowing and properly taking suppressive therapy).
