Remedies!!

Please please please give me all and any remedies. I’m experiencing my first OB on my genitals and it is so painful. And I’ve had stitches down there from childbirth. I am going to the store to get some dermoplast, a bottle for when I pee, and witch hazel pads. Anything else that will help please send them my way. I am already on an antiviral but I’ll take any vitamin recommendations as well.
