Hsv1 outbreak locations.

Hello all.
6 months ago I tested positive for HSV1 with an outbreak on my genitals from oral. I can feel my second outbreak post test results behind my lips beginning to start. My question is because I received the virus to my genitals, even tho it's HSV1 should I expect genital outbreaks? Or is it more a case of only oral is out of the question. Can me and partner still have sex provided the outbreak is only oral?
