How accurate is the Igg test after 22 days?

A few weeks back I had unprotected sex with this girl I knew of her HSV status but what she didn’t say that had both HSV 1 & 2 while I just have HSV 1. I don’t know, if I was being paranoid cause it felt like my penis was a little burning sensation a day after having sex but it wasn’t constant and there hasn’t been any bumps, sores or ulcers. I took a test last week and it came back negative? Is it accurate or do I need to take the test again in 2 more weeks?
