Since Wednesday morning I had this sharp pain at the head of my penis. It didn't bother me until fabric rubbed against it. No pain, no itching, no pus, no trouble peeing, and I can barely see any sores. I haven't been feeling ill. I did research on genital herpes but only thing I can say I have it constant irritation.
