reoccurring blister docs say it isn't herpes.

I have this reoccurring blister between my thighs and it goes away on its own or quicker with hibiclens. I've had this for a few years and every doctor dismisses that it could be herpes and doesn't want to test me for it to prevent anxiety. Can anyone here please help me determine visually if it looks like it could be? The doctors and I assumed it was from my thighs chaffing against eachother because I'm a muscular guy but I'm not sure anymore.
