Lesions/white heads slow to heal?
Post Body

Hey folks; I had my first outbreak (ghsv1) in years a few months ago. But it’s been such a long saga of getting better then boom, another.

I think I’ve tracked it down to all the working out I’ve been doing and the high arginine content of my recovery shakes. Maybe.

Anyway; the prodroming and all that seems to be gone but I’ve two bumps that have gotten super small but just….won’t go away.

Maybe it’s just a long healing process but I’m wondering is it just cosmetic? Or am I most likely still a contagious?

Taking vacyclovir and lysine currently.

I appreciate everyone’s opinion!
