Am I paranoid?

I’ve been tested 3 times for herpes and they have all came back negative.

When I had an outbreak (several blisters on my peen) in March 2020 I went to urgent care. They did an IgG test and it came back negative.

In August 2020 the same thing with the IgG test.

In March this year the same thing with IgG.

Ever since March of 2020 I get tingles every month and a very small red bump with makes me think it’s a flare up and I’ve been getting false negatives. I also think about this a lot so maybe that’s why?

Am I paranoid or being logical?
