Men, how long for an outbreak to clear?

How long does an outbreak to clear for you? Do you get it in the same location every time?
If I have an outbreak on my foreskin which is most of the time, it takes over a month to heal to the point where there’s no signs of an outbreak. If I get it on the head of the penis it’s self which is not often it will take a week 10 days max.
