I looked at the rules, not sure if this is allowed but I need to try So a really good friend of mine just got diagnosed 2 days ago. She is so particular about cleanliness and hygiene so she is struggling. She is scared ppl in town will find out if she uses her info. PLS MODS LET THIS BE APPROVED!! PLS. So I want to try to ask for her. 30F if it's important. She has been to the Dr and is diagnosed, she has a 400mg med, valtrix. I think that's it. Shes Is good about taking her meds as directed but she is still in extreme pain, even other places that don't have an active outbreak. She hasn't been able to get comfortable in days now and she had work today. She sent me a pic which will NOT be included, rules. But the outbreak area has became even worse. It looks twice as swollen now. Is there anything she can do to ease her pain and not risk further irritation or spreading?? Can someone recommend an extremely thorough website were we can do all research she needs?? Please?
