I'm three weeks in and last night it was suddenly unbearable pain, shooting nerve pain, itching, I'm still in horrible pain. I took 800mg Ibuprofen and still it wasn't enough, I have no idea how to deal with this. I tried warm water compresses and it helped for a bit then it didn't help at all, I tried coconut oil and tea tree which seemed to trigger the shooting pains, so gently dabbed it off with another warm wet paper towel. Then I tried just plain coconut oil. It's never been this consistently bad, I almost want to go to urgent care but I know they won't do anything for me. I just restarted my antivirals after having to take break after some intense side effects, and a Dr wanted to get some kidney tests done. Last night was m first night taking them again, could that have lead to this? It's so intense, its all over and in my anus and on y labia. This is my second anal outbreak, it just won't heal. I couldn't sleep last night I was paco back and forth, I just can't stand a whole day of this, it's.. truly shocking pain. It all started with extreme itching that I didn't itch, it felt like worms crawling out and bitting my anus. Any advice or tips welcome, please
