Deploying static page on Heroku (for practice mainly)

Hi, I made a simple portfolio page to deploy on Heroku just so I can get a feel for everything. However, whenever I try to access the app, it tells me
Error: Missing required flag:
-a, --app, APP app to run command against

I have not added any backend elements and I'm not sure how to set up the Procfile for it.
Most of it was done in vanilla JS and I used some Bootstrap but haven't installed anything like npm or yarn.
